FORE School of Management, New Delhi completes final placement for the batch 2017-19 with an
average salary of INR 10.8 Lac per annum and highest salary offered being INR 31 Lac per annum.
According, to Prof. Rajneesh Chauhan, Chair Placements at FORE School, “A total number of 106
organisations were in the campus to attract the talent pool of 282, out of which 74 have been
regular recruiters while 32 organisations came for talent acquisition for the first time. Collectively 11
international offers were rolled out by
organisations from six different countries.
The salary offer of 31 lacs has been received
by 4 of students while Pre-Placement Offer
(PPO) has been offered to 28 students”.
Students were offered diverse set of roles
including Key Account Management,
Logistics Management, Enterprise services,
Category Management (Distribution and
Retail) and Business Analytics. Top
recruiters are Tata Capital , Darashaw,
Verity, Tata AIA, HSBC, ICICI Bank, ICICI
Prudential, ICICI Securities, Hero Fincorp,
CRIF Solutions, HDFC Ltd ,IDFC First Bank
eClerx, Evaluserve and Citi Corp . FMCG
giants like HUL , Nestle , ITC, Coffee Day
Beverages, Chai Point, Nivea, Cremica and
Indospirit hired this year whereas Philips
Lighting, Orient Electric ,Hilti India,
Schneider-Electric, VIVO, Genpact ERC, GEP,
EY GDS, Deloitte USI, KPMG GS, Tata
Motors, JK Tyres, VECV, Total Oil , Novartis,HCL Technologies, Cognizant, Capgemini , Zycus , Hyundai
Motor India Limited, Bharti Airtel, Mahindra & Mahindra among others.
“Final placements this year were both faster and better, which was manifested in a higher median
CTC and multiple job offers for students. Despite an increase in the batch of 2019, the average
compensation went up by 3.8% from last year’s average salary which was 10.4 Lac per annum”,
added Prof. Chauhan.
