11.  NS1: it is imp for viability of den V. And is
present in high conc, in blood of patient.
 NS3: it is a serine protease and RNA helicase and
its co factor is NS2B.
 NS5: it codes for RNA dept RNA polymerase.
 NS4B: it is hydrophobic protein located in a
association with ER. It blocks phosphorylation
of STAT1 (Signal transducer and activator of
transcription) after induction by IF a, beta.
 NS2A, NS4A are cofactors.

Dx: CBC, LFTs
Dengue serology,PCR(Ns1)
Treatment: panadol only, no
antibiotics NSAIDs etc
Fresh juices of fruits and papaya leaves
are better to give.
