• The district industry center program was started by the
central government in 1978.
• With the objective of ,to find out the Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises in the District.
• The District Industries Centre have been formed with a view
to provide all assistance to Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises under One Roof, thereby reducing the time taken
to finish all government procedures.
