Memorize your user Id and password for e-campus

Look here to see if you have
any holds.
Holds can prevent you from
registering. There are many
different types of holds.
For example: Academic
Advisor
Holds, Financial, Health, Dean
’s Holds, and more.

8. Not to worry!
HOLDS CAN BE LIFTED BY THE APPROPRIATE
PERSON!
Many of you will have advisor holds.
How do you fix this?
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT EARLY ON IN THE SEMESTER!

If you need to be
more specific, fill in

“Additional Search
Criteria.”
Then Search.

different sections of each class.
Details for
selecting classes
This means the class is OPEN. A blue
square means the class is closed.
This shows how many seats are
left in the class.

17. What if the class you want is full?
Get a permission number.
We would recommend emailing the professor and
requesting a permission number.
OR
Sitting in on the class and then going up to the
professor and ask for a permission number.

18. Choosing Gen Eds
Each Major has different requirements for General
Education which can be found in the University’s Gen
Ed booklet: http://www.uri.edu/advising/gened
Check out the pamphlets we are passing around!
Gen Eds are a great way to find a major AND fulfill
your graduation requirements!
