This document provides a checklist of specifications to review for an Xsite project, including finishes, electrical components, panel layout, elevations, footprints, and other details. It notes to consult the actual price list for full specification information and that additional charges may apply. Review of over 30 specification points is recommended, such as tile types, frame counts, electrical design, worksurface support, modesty panels, storage capacities, and other key details.

This list is provided for your convenience. It does not replace an actual specification check with the pricelist. It is essential to
consult the actual pricelist for the specification tips located on the items listed within your bill of materials.
General Overview
Review Specification tips on product throughout pricelist.
Confirm “special” quote pricing including product model number with description and option codes.
Finishes (Any upcharges? 10%-20% for various finishes), page 543 (Wood) 547 (Paint) 550 (Laminate)
551 (thermafoil). Additional fixed charges may also be incurred based on development as a whole or based on individual
model numbers.
Have COM fabrics been approved, page 34.
Review panel run and load bearing restrictions, page.
Service parts are listed as net in worksheet.
Plan View
Confirm that the correct wall Traxx tile is used and it is railroaded, page 306.
Confirm the correct count on frames, connectors and Top caps.
Electrical/ data tile accessories page 151 & 152.

Mark circuit designations on plan. Confirm building capacity on electrical?
Power feed, base or ceiling? Power pole? Does this include communications, page 200 & 203?
Count worksurfaces, are they supported correctly? Mid-supports cannot be located at the end of a worksurface.
Side support, mid-supports and flat brackets (Adjusts down 1 ¼” to 3 ¾”) page 446.
Elevation View
Do not plan storage tiles back-to-back, note positioning of power/ data tiles, consider the placement of glass and ventilated
tiles. Storage tile accessories must be ordered separately from Perks.
Are additional mid-frame supports required to support Xsite Traxx, page 162?
Stacking structures cannot exceed a quantity of one on a base structure, page 121.
Only one stack can be added at the base height in either 1 or 2 high.
Has both the framed glass and top cap been specified, page 128?
Do Top caps need to run the full distance of 96” MAX or do they need to match wireways, page 176.
Xsite Traxx (Located at the top of each tile) and does not exceed beyond 6” from frame, page 138 & 139.
Has wireway cover type been selected, page 119? The data punch does not ship with a cover.
Footprint
Review the rim profile selected for the application, page 318.
Support every 48” for 1 3/16” and 60” for 1 9/16” worksurfaces, page 327.
Have critical dimensions been noted for workstation requirements?
Deduct undersurface dimensions of storage and support for metal modesty panels in metal, page 337.
Specify modesty panel to cover gap behind wood/ laminate pedestals if required, page 435.
Are wood and laminate modesty the same width as your surfaces, page 453.
Vertical cable manger matches the height of the overhead specified, 203.
Consider ABEPS brackets to reinforce wood and laminate support and gusset brackets for metal support, page 456.
Review/ pull/ profile selection for metal and wood pedestals starting on page 475.
Storage capacities for filing are started on page 479.
Locking Key Random or Key Specific? If Key specific specify lock cores or each unit start on page 488.
Is a change key specified for installation?
Are filler panels required for the gaps in planning, page 492.
