May 2011 – March 2014 – Employed back in KFOR – HQ. As Senior Translator – Interpreter.
• Employed to work in the FAO (Force Advisory Office) at KFOR –HQ, in Film City.
• Daily attendance to various meetings, within the Ministry of KSF and in the Land Force
Command.
• Supporting the KFOR staff (Mentoring and Advisory Teams), with preparation, narration, and
Translation of all the documents in both languages Albanian and English.
• Gained valuable experience by interpreting and translating for the most important
clients within HQ KFOR, starting with the HQ KFOR Commander, HQ KFOR Deputy
Commander, HQ KFOR Chief of Staff and so on.
• Also served in the Public Affairs Office for four months where my task was the monitoring and
Translation of electronic and printed media, and also translated texts for the KFOR ‘For You “
“Magazine.

Activities
Management of the Office in the day to day basis
Logistical support to the Project and to all long term and short term experts
Project accounting including monitoring of accounts,cash flow, bank transfers,preparation of
requests for advances,preparation of incidental expenses etc.
Planning and organizing Trainings, Seminars, and Study Tours etc.
Participate in the Project Steering Committee Meetings and take the minutes of the meetings.
Support to the International and Local short term Experts
Organize the Interpretation/Translation services when requires
Establish and assure operational management of the project office;
October 2008 – September 2010 KFOR – HQ. Employed as Translator – Interpreter.
Initially employed to work with the National Training Team (NTT), in National Training Centre
(NTC), he was temporarily selected to work in Recruiting Screening Selection Branch (RSS),
of the MCA Division. Therefore, he took part to the selection process of approximately 2800
KPC Members. He was interviewing an average of 12 candidates per day and helping to
monitor both the Aptitude Test and the Physical Fitness Test. He also took part in the
preparation of the Kosovo Wide Recruiting Campaign of Citizens by revising most of the
master documents.
From February 2009 Moved to the National Training Centre where he assisted NATO
Instructors in the classrooms during the lessons with KSF Cadets, has helped in preparation of
most of the PPP and handbooks for most of specialist subjects like Communications, SAR,
2. Logistics, Force Police, First Aid, EOD, Movement and Transport,Engineering.

Actively participated in all the interviews for employment of local and international
employees.
For 6 months in absence of the office manager organized the office, including the time table
for all local and international consultants.
Kept minutes during the meetings and helped actively in organization of agenda for daily
agency meetings.
Acted as moderator for most of the Project workshops.
