Alan Hall has over 11 years of experience as a certified mine foreman in Kentucky and 14 years as an ironworker before being injured on the job. He then returned to school and became a certified OSHA safety and health specialist for construction. He oversees all aspects of mining operations as a mine foreman and performs all duties of an ironworker, eventually becoming a job foreman. In August, he will also become an industry specialist while currently working as a foreman for an ironworkers union in Nashville, Tennessee since 1991.
