14. Process of Making CDC:
At very first step Raw materials are added toweighing tanks according to their
need of quantity and then are transfered to GEL tank with some level of steam to
maintain the temperature of GEL.
When GEL is prepared then it is sent to desired Mixer.
In that Mixer Powder comes from Powder Hoppers while flavor is added in flavor
hopper.
After mixing of all the desired ingredients in GEL mixer, batch is sent to Storage
tanks then to the Packing Section.
Accessories:
1.Agetator:
Placed in GEL Tank and GEL Mixer, takes the paste from their sides
and mix them.
2.Homogenizer:
Placed in GEL Tank and GEL Mixer, makes lumps free paste.
15. 3.Purolator Filter:
Attached with GEL Mixer to make lumps free batch and then send back to
storage tanks.
4.Micro Filter:
Attachedfromupper sidesof Rawmaterial tanks andGEL Mixers whose function
is to stop the entrance of microorganisms into tanks.
5.Dispax Reactor:
Used in Brogli Mixer which does not allow Out Burst Film (Cooling
Crystals) to be dissolved in GELMixer when making Max Fresh.
6.Gear Box:
Works on the principle of gear ratio.
Used when we need less revolution per minute (rpm) for agitator or homogenizer.
Glycerine is only used in making of sensitive.

24. 3. CLEANING AND SANITIZATION (CNS):
Sanitization is the process to halt the growth of microorganisms in lines and tanks.
In Lines Sanitization is carried out by Citric acid while in Tanks, It is carried out by
Steam.
Time for Citric acid to be poured in Lines/Hoppers is 30 minutes.
InCNSdetector machine(CharmNovalumII)ADPofmicroorganismsis
detected from the sample which is taken from hopper/tank (to be sanitized).
