JCI Training
Since its start in 1990, the JCI Training area has seen
major changes and is now operating more and more like
a professional training organization aimed to the
development of new trainers who in turn will help JCI
officers to efficiently fulfill their duties and ensure the
members have the skills and knowledge to act
responsibly in local activities.
Since the establishment of the online tools in 2006 to its
complete online and paperless certification system
finished in 2007, JCI Training is also moving towards a
more efficient operational system and professional
standards for training within the organization aimed to
provide standardization in the quality of the training
courses delivered.
The Certified JCI Head Trainer program is aimed to
continuously develop new and young trainers by
coaching and providing opportunities to train with more
experienced trainers at JCI Official courses.
The online tools for JCI Official courses organization and
registration will keep records of all training activities not
only of trainers, but also of all members who participate
in JCI Official courses.
This User Guide is designed to help members who want
to organize a JCI Official course.

Open JCI Website and login
Since 2006 all JCI Official courses must be organized online and all participants must register in order to have
the course recorded in their database and then be able to access the course manual online. Here are the steps
to organize a JCI Official course online. Important: after each selection wait for the page to refresh.
1. Open JCI website
www.jci.cc and click on
TRAINING from the top
menu.
2. Ensure you are logged
in. Your name will show
on the right side.
3. Ensure you are using the
correct login. Your
certification level will
show and if you have a
certification level and it
says No Level you are
using a wrong login.
4. At the Training page,
click on ORGANIZE A
JCI COURSE.
This will open the Course
page.
5. Select the course you
want to organize. The list
contains all JCI Official
Courses available to be
organized by any Local or
National Organization.
6. Select the language in
which the course will be
conducted. All world
languages are listed
there.
7. To select the Head
Trainer, you can filter by
the Head Trainers’
Country. Only the
countries where Head
Trainers live will be listed
here.

8. You can skip the
selection by Country and
choose to view all
Certified JCI Head
Trainers who can
conduct the selected
course in the selected
language.
9. After you have selected
the country, you have the
options to list the Head
Trainers by First name,
Last name, Country (if
you selected ALL in the
country option) or
Certification level.
10. Now, all Certified JCI
Head Trainers who can
conduct the course and in
the language you
selected will be listed in
the order decided in the
previous step. Select the
Head Trainer you want
to invite.
Note: The Head Trainers are listed by the country they live in, not the National Organization they are affiliated
to because some trainers may live in different countries and you want to select one that lives in the country or
close to where the course will be organized.
11. Now, decide how many
participants you will
allow to participate.
12. Set the first day of the
course. Click on the
text box and a calendar
will show. In the next
box select the last day
of the course. In the
third box, set the day to
close registrations.
IMPORTANT: If the deadline for registrations is set for a date before the first day of the course and
participants want to register onsite (on the day of the course), the course organizer must edit the course and
change the deadline to the first day of the course. The course organizer is the only one who can edit the
course and change the day of the registration deadline. It is recommended that the deadline be the first day of
the course. If registrations reach the limit established by the organizer, it can be changed at that time.

I cannot register for a JCI Official Course I want to attend?
This could be because:

members are considered inactive.
