Arun possesses more than 15 years experience in the spheres of Compliance, Advisory,
Accounting, Auditing, Diagnostics and Financing.
He has been associated with Industry leaders like BMR Advisors, Intercontinental
Hotels and Kajaria Ceramics. He led the service tax and TDS compliance practice of
BMR.
Sanjay Agarwal – IRS (Retired), MBA
Sanjay has more than 15 years experience in Service Tax, Customs & Central Excise. He
has worked with Pantaloon Big Bazaar Group & Mahindra & Mahindra advising them on
Service Tax and related matters.

Amit Goel – IRS (Retired)
Amit has more than 16 years experience in Service Tax, Customs & Central Excise. He
ventured into his own consultancy in 2006 and has been advising many companies in
Service Tax and related matters. He has handled assignments for companies like Soma
Networks Inc., Ruia Group, Posco and Nahars.
Payal Kapoor – CS, LLB
