Bank inspite of its growth in size has been able to offer to the customers the dual advantage of "Ability of Big Banks and Agility of Small Banks"  <br />The Bank still continues to function with the glorious tradition in public services Besides being the largest Urban Co-operative Bank in India, Saraswat Bank has now become the largest in Asia. Saraswat Bank has now 222 fully computerised branches, 15 Zonal Offices and  departments located across 6 States viz. Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Delhi. <br />Saraswat Bank attributes this success to its undying spirit to serve the common man and to the sharpening of its competitive edge by constantly upgrading technology to match international standards. The Bank is fully computerised and offers convenient working hours. <br />Saraswat Bank has introduced a wide range of credit schemes at attractive interest rates, which has become very popular, especially among the middle-class in view of the easy repayment plans. Internet Banking</li></li></ul><li><ul><li>Security measures taken by bank</li></ul>During theft or any other accident, the security guard is ready with highly loaded gun and the orders are of direct shooting.<br />There are even see through glasses, so if the person is standing for no cause in or outside the bank will be questioned and will then be took into consideration.<br />There are also hidden cameras in each and every room and the locker room is in the basement so there are no smooth ways of getting in there. <br />The direct vision of the CCTV cameras is in the managers room.. And the managers eye is always on it..<br />

  42. 42. Conclusion<br />The main objective of the study is to know about the structure of bank and banking services provided in saraswat bank. Whether the customers are happy with the services offered by the bank and finally to find out consumer perception towards the saraswat bank and its banking services. My guide Ms. Suchita has helped throughout project how to do it successfully. Coming to customers are account holders in saraswat bank it seems that they are quiet happy with the banking and online services offered in saraswat bank.<br />Finally I would like to conclude that the bank is performing very well and it is providing good services to its customers<br />
