This talk focuses on the significant role of positivity in improving team performance in diverse organizational settings while enhancing performance, fostering a supportive work environment, and contributing to overall organizational success. This talk will explain the psychological and physiological effects of positive emotions and the importance of establishing a trust-based, collaborative atmosphere and will showcase various case studies and how different strategies, can cultivate positivity within teams. Finally, a flexible framework will be introduced to assist leaders and coaches in designing and conducting positivity experiments in their teams, with the aim of identifying areas for growth and implementing tailored interventions.
