• Consent Form
• Tickets
• CNIC
• Passport

4. Instructions for Travelers
• Book appointments through our helpline (021) 111-911-911
• COVID Testing Services in Karachi is available from Monday – Saturday;
9am – 9pm. Sunday 9am – 5pm
• COVID Testing Services Outside Karachi is available
• Please keep a buffer of minimum 72 hours to avoid any delay
• Passengers travelling to Korea, PCR is required for all travelers
• Passengers travelling to Hong Kong & Japan will bring below documents
when reporting to the airport.
• Negative Report
• Lab issued covering letter
• Copy of Government approval to lab

5. Turnaround Time of the Test
Result
Test results are available within 48 hours. All travelers should ensure that
the COVID-19 PCR test is taken within timeline.

6. Collecting COVID-19 Test
Report
You may collect the report from the nearest collection unit at Stadium Road
Campus. You can also access online through e-reporting portal.
