1. Description
At elevated temperatures, the classification of cross sections according to EN 1993-1-1 §5.5.2
is modified by §4.2.2 of EN 1993-1-2.5, which gives a reduced value for the factor ε.
This document presents tabulated classifications for the following range of hot rolled profiles,
subject to either axial compression or bending, for the range of steel grades S235 to S460:
Euronorm profiles:
IPE 80 to IPE 750
IPN 80 to IPN 550
HE 100 to HE 1000
HL 920 to HL 1100
HD 260 to HD 400
UPE 80 to UPE 400
