3. Real Problem
Based on our project survey, we have identified some problem from our
responded.
1. Difficulty allocate items
2. Difficulty in finding halal logo
3. Price tag not displayed
4. Payment queue is too long
5. Difficulty in finding parking

4. Opportunity or challenge
 For opportunity
1. Build a system/application that helps user controlling their expenses
2. We can help customer saving their money by developed a function that can
estimate their budget so that they can focus things that they need to buy also
they can know the price of the product.
3. We can help customer saving their times while shopping especially those who
are have difficulty finding items in supermarket by adding a feature such as
product navigation where is the customer can browse the product and select
“Navigate” button on their screen.
4. We also can help the customer recognize Halal certification that comes from
other countries by taking a picture of the halal logo.

5.  For challenges
1. Update the product price in a certain times for example; changing the actual
price to the discount/saving price in a certain time.
2. Customer need to make sure what they want to buy before using the
application
3. We get verify information from the customer about the occurs problem while
in shopping.

6. Solutions
 We have pattern the module base on requirement from our stakeholder and
some of requirement do not make sense to implement in this application.
Therefore we have categorize them into possible and impossible to achieve.
Possible to achieve:
1. Provide the module for customer to save their list of things that they want to buy
before go to the supermarket. This part can help customer to keep track their
money from buy other thing that they should not buy. Customer also can have their
own budget before buying the product.
2. Provide function that customer can filter or find the location of the product base
on what they want.
3. Provide the function that can compare the price of product between last purchase
that they have make.
4. Recognize the Halal certificate for food product.

7. Impossible to achieve:
1. 1- Make a payment by using the application. It is impossible to develop because
make a payment in application may give opportunities for customer being cheats
went they make a payment.
2. 2- Scan to make a payment directly by customer using application without cashier.
It is impossible to develop because scan by customer using an application may give
opportunities for customer being cheats.
