Qualified Person
Robert Marvin, P.Geo., CPG, Project Geologist for Cypress Development is the Qualified Person as defined
by National Instrument 43‐101 and supervised both the project field exploration and the preparation of
the technical information in this presentation.
3. The Company
Cypress Development Corp. is a Canadian gold, silver and base metals exploration company
developing projects in Nevada, U.S.A. and Red Lake, Ontario, Canada.
Cypress controls a 100% owned 2300 acre flagship Gunman Zinc‐Silver Project located in White
Pine County, northeast of Eureka, Nevada. Five RC drill programs totaling approx. 55,000 feet
have been completed by Cypress on the Gunman project with significant near surface grades up
to 35% per ton zinc and up to 15.0 oz per ton silver over considerable widths encountered. Zinc
could represent the next big base metal play due to ongoing demand growth and the closures
of 3 major mines in Canada, Australia and Ireland and not enough supply coming on stream
from new projects. Sentiment could shift towards zinc, with prices potentially rallying in
anticipation of tightening supplies.
Cypress also has 100% interest in the 4,720 acres McKenzie Island gold property in the Red Lake
greenstone belt of north‐western Ontario. The McKenzie Island property is located west and
adjacent to Goldcorp's Cochenour / Bruce Channel Deposit . The project is also on strike with
the currently producing Goldcorp (TSX: G) Red Lake and Campbell gold mines 7 kilometres to
the east.
4. Investment Highlights
• Cypress is focused on developing exploration projects near world‐class deposits
• Cypress controls a 100% owned 2300 acre flagship Gunman Zinc‐Silver Project located in
White Pine County, northeast of Eureka, Nevada with grades up to 35% zinc and up to
15oz/ton silver recovered over significant widths
• With the majority of past drilling on the Gunman project predating National Instrument
(NI) 43‐101 (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects), Cypress completed a NI 43‐
101 Technical Report (March 17, 2014)
• The Technical Report and recommendations were used by Cypress in the planning of a
2014 Phase 1 & Phase 2 RC drill program
• The RC drilling to date of both the 2014 Phase 1 and Phase 2 programs continue to
expand the size of the known high‐grade zinc‐silver oxide deposit of the main RH Zone
• Based upon the exceptional exploration results to date, Cypress Development is
presently planning a Phase 3 RC drill program
• Cypress Development Corp. also holds an 100% interest in the 4,720 acres McKenzie
Island gold property in the Red Lake greenstone belt of north‐western Ontario
• The McKenzie Island gold property is located west and adjacent to Goldcorp's Cochenour
/ Bruce Channel Deposit . The project is also on strike with the currently producing
Goldcorp (TSX: G) Red Lake and Campbell gold mines 7 kilometres to the east
• All projects located in mining friendly environments with low political risk

2014 Gunman Outcropping Copper Oxide Mineralization
TQCU Copper Oxide Showing Sample Results:
The TQCU copper showing is located 100 metres west of the main RH Zinc‐Silver Zone. The showing
consists of copper oxide veining and fracture coatings exposed in outcrops and in historic prospect pits.
The copper oxide mineralization is hosted by a distractive, coarse grained sandstone unit which lies
stratigraphically above the main RH, RH South and RH North dolomite and sandy limestone

13. Zinc Demand
Why Zinc?
• The zinc market has rebounded since the beginning of 2009
• China, a long term world zinc supplier is now a net importer
• Rapidly growing BRIC economies will further increase the demand in the years to come
• Best estimates suggest that a significant portion of mine capacity will be closing or
decreasing over the next few years
• Growing risk of the tightening of the zinc concentrate market
• Few new mines are currently being developed and therefore it is predicted that few will be
entering production in the foreseeable future
Uses:
• Its most important application is in the protection of steel against corrosion
• Steel is one of the most widely used materials in the world and zinc allows its durability to be
prolonged. It extends the life and reduces the maintenance costs of many steel goods such as
homes, cars, bridges, and port facilities
• Zinc fuel cells are used to power electric vehicles, generators, computers, cell phones, and
hearing aids
