2. ABSTRACT
Customer relationship management (CRM) is a
system for managing a company’s interactions with
current and future customers. It often involves using
technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales.
Company employee must keep track of current and future
customers to synchronize sales. Manually it is not
possible for the employee to keep records of all the leads.
Customer Relationship Management System helps to
keep track of number of leads converted by the employee.
This System helps to manage sales. This system is a
combination of both .Net and android technology.
3. PROBLEM DEFINITION
Lack of immediate retrievals:
The information is very difficult to retrieve and to
find particular Product like UPVC - To find out about the
Product, the user has to go through various registers. This
results in inconvenience and wastage of time.
Lack of immediate information storage:
The information generated by various transactions
takes time and efforts to be stored at right place.
4. SOFTWARE METHODOLOGY
Waterfall Model:
The Waterfall Methodology is one of the most
popular software development methodologies. Most
businesses consider this life cycle model as a classic style
of software development. This model clarifies the
software development process in a linear sequential flow.
In any phase of the development cycle, you should
always cross-check that the earlier phase is completed.
This traditional software development method is a rigid
linear model. This development approach does not define
the process to go back to the previous phase to handle
changes in requirements.

6. Existing Solution:
It is often difficult for customer to get the product
details, information and approach the officials for
availing the services.
Due to lack of proper communication among products
and officials, Application process is doing manual and
customer do not getting the proper product status.
Proposed Solution:
The project will have so many functions like customer
enquire and product details and measurement, price etc...
7. MODULE DESCRIPTION
Admin :
Admin can create, read, update and dele offering form
this module
Customer :
All the operations related to customer, is managed by this
module
Transaction :
Transaction module is used to manage the transaction
8. Sales :
IT has been developed for managing the sale of the
product
Schedule : It manages the schedule of the customer order
of the product
Customer Feedback : Customer feedback operations will
be managed by customer feedback module
