This document summarizes a career guidance project started in 2013 by Akshay Vyavahare and his teammates. The project aims to help students and parents who are confused about career decisions after 10th and 12th grade by assessing strengths and weaknesses to provide guidance. It was later expanded into a commercial operation. The team pitched the project to schools, developed a website for visibility, and used social media for promotion.
