1. Dear Sir or Madam,
To begin with, I would like to express my great pleasure to write this recommendation letter
for Mr. Li Zian, who had been my direct assistant in the last 50 days.
During his internship here at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian, Li has demonstrated a strong work
ethic and dedication to success and I saw a young man of great potential.
As a 19-year old guy, Li does have a representatively high sense of responsibility. Our hotel
orientation in July, 2013 was a really big event, there were about 80 new associates would
attend to. All the pre-course work are both time and energy consuming. Li did help us a lot
those days. He has never complaint about working over time but learn from the very details to
achieve perfection.
It is obvious that he is an effective communicator. Being members of Human Resources, we
have lots of coordinating things to deal with and sometimes you cannot deny it is frustrated.
Li keeps a positive attitude and being patient to others. Li is our trouble-saver. When stuffs
felt depressed and talked with him, he can give me the power of marching-on.
Though Li worked as a trainee in our HR training group, he played an unofficial leader role.
He brought brilliant ideas in our staff events such as “Hotel Knowledge Competition” and
“kara-Ok Competition.” What’s more, he himself took in charge of the birth of our hotel
library in a limited time. He gave the ideal of E-book introduction to make it more convenient
for both our library readers and supervisors.
He is so determined that always knows what he likes and makes no efforts to reach the goal.
Actually, he can stick to his daily routine, but the result is he chose to make challenges abroad
instead. That’s typical Li, a promising young guy full of confidence.
To sum up, I sincerely recommend Li not only in job hunting but also academic pursuing. He
will be a star in the near future and our big Sheraton family will always welcome him!
