understandable for our donors. We appreciate all the work Zaklina puts into improving her

Zaklina is a true expert in involving the sponsors, connecting with them on an emotional level
and taking them with her through the story. She is a really good storyteller. If there is one thing
which could still be explored in more depth, it would be "showing the need" - which is probably
