A position by position breakdown of the Axemen
Bemidji, MN –
 Jory Johnson, 6’1/240, University of Connecticut
Johnson is returning for his second season with the Axemen. His rookie season in the Indoor Football League was a very
successful one where he led the Axemen with 59.5 total tackles (47 solo,25 assisted).He also had nine tackle s for a loss (-
49 yards), five sacks,three interceptions,sixpass breakups and one fumble recovery. Johnson played collegiatelyatthe
University of Connecticut. In 2012, Johnson recorded 95 total tackles,with 6.5 tackles for loss,and 2 forced fumbles . In
2011,Johnson recorded 97 total tackles,2 fumble recoveries,and 2 INTs. Was also named to the 2011 Big EastAll -
Academic Team. In 2010,Johnson saw reserve duty on defense and also played on special teams. Was named to the
2010 Big EastAll-Academic Team. Johnson attended St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Mobile,AL. Was named first-team all-
state as a senior. Earned all-county and all-conference recognition as a junior. Johnson was also named all-countyin
basketball as a team captain.
 Brent Kondziolka, 6’1/245/ Bemidji State University
Kondziolka played his college football atlocal Bemidji State University primarilyas a fullback and a key contributor on spe cial
teams.He was mainlya blocking fullback butracked up 444 total yards and eight touchdowns.He totaled seven tackles
mostlyon special teams.
 Braxton Magalogo, 6’3/230, Snow College
Magalogo joins the Axemen for his rookie season in the Indoor Football League after playing at Snow College and Mesa
CommunityCollege.While at Mesa CommunityCollege,Magalogo recorded 20 tackles and four sacks.He attended Copper
Hills High School in WestJordan, Utah.
The Bemidji Axemen kick off their season in February of 2015 on Palace Casino Field atthe Sanford Center. Season tickets ar e now

The Bemidji Axemen are a second-year franchise playing in the Indoor Football League. The Axemen player their games on Palace Casino Field at the Sanford Center. For more

The Indoor Football League (www.goifl.com) is a 10-team league with franchises in 9 states. The league holds a 14-game regular season schedule that runs February through June. The
IFL's playoffs culminate in July with the IFL United Bowl.
The Sanford Center opened on October 15, 2010. It has a full arena seating capacity of 6,500 and is home ice for the Bemidji State University Beavers Hockey program. The attached
George M. Neilson Convention Center features four break-out rooms with a combined space of 4,000 square feet facing Lake Bemidji and a grand ballroom space of 10,000 sq. feet.
