Relative Experience
Project Analyst, Water Tower Design, UC San Diego
A water tower was designed by SAP2000, predicted the maximum load can be applied and failure point of the
water tower. Compared the predicted result with experimental result, and analyzed the reason and improvement.
Project Manager, Stadium Design, UC San Diego
Arranged time in order to complete the model and reports on time. Checked all requirements to avoid disqualified
including dimension, weights and cost. Translated the final design into SolidWorks to show the 3D view of the
stadium including structural beams and decorations. Predicted the maximum load and failure point of the stadium
by using SAP2000. Showed the layouts of the Stadium by using AutoCAD. Introduced and analyzed our stadium
by presentation in front of over 100 students.
Integrity Engineer, Crane Design, UC San Diego
Design a crane, translate into SolidWorks and did a simulation (Motion Study) to show how the crane works.
Designed structural and mechanical system to avoid stumbling block and transfer weights as fast as possible.
Designer, Column Design, UC San Diego
Design a column and deck for a bridge with cement and wires by SAP2000. Predict the fail point and loads.
Design a mechanism to lay down and up a bridge portion by Robot-Pro.
Additional Experience
Work in College Dinning (April 2014---June 2014)
