11. Observations of House to House Visit
Very less community participation at Mubarak Area (Thalashery
Municipality)
In Thalashery Block booths, No additional supporters appointed for
House Visit.
Very poor training output visible at Thalashery block. (Less clarity
among the booth workers).
Less participation from the part of community at Mubarak,
Mannayad, Nittur, and Pattipalam areas (I have seen)
Community waiting for the House visit for immunisation at
Koduvally area. (So booth day less children immunized).
At Koduvally Anganvady worker not trained. So finger marked
and house numbered were wrong. Add Pictures
Very less ASHA Workers are identified or Part of the team
(Only one Person covering around 150 – 250 houses).
12. House Number not marking properly. Only marked ‘P’. – Picture added
On Koolibazar (Eranjoli Panchayath- Thalashery Block) need one
more booth at Karattukunnu Anganvady than koolibazar
vayanashala. Its situating middle of a colony.
In between Makreri Sub centre and Kilaloor Anganvady, people
suffering to reach. They have to travel around 3 KM for
immunization.
