 Provide both design and implementation service in China Life SH inner-city data
center(TCV:2.5M) and SHDC ECC implementation project(TCV:4.4M), and following
ECC operation consultant and migration project, made IBM the biggest and closest
service partner on Data center operation in SHDC.

define China Life new organization and next generation infrastructure.
