5. Customers might purchase a maintenance service

If the Customer does not renew the maintenance
service and wishes to upgrade the Software to the latest
version, he will be able to purchase specific software
update packages.

Customers will be able to switch to a higher capacity
solution than the one previously purchased (for example,
from 4 to 8 simultaneous channels). Release updates do
not include version updates. Fees for upgrades give
access only to the latest software’s version.

Upgrade
Channel upgrades are available only for hosted software
and cloud solutions. They are not available for telephony
servers.

We offer a customer care service package via email, live
chat and phone. This package can be purchased with
predefined packages (eg, 1h, 4h, etc.) or the service
will be charged per-minute.
