From my 10 years management experience, I learned that the ability that required for an
excellent leader is narrowed down to three skills:
Pillars of My Leadership
I regard these as the pillars of leadership and what is most important things is the right attitude.
That is, in any case, a leader’s work begins from grasping the situation. And it ends the words of
thank you, until then a leader serves. It’s the leader’s role.

I believe the most important thing for building a winning team is to unite people by
fostering strength of each individual so that they can rely on each other by it.
This leads to establish trust between and among people that I work with.

I would express a vision with enthusiasm and get them to envision
success image.
I would foster a sense of value which “learning and growth” is the
greatest harvest
I would get member to feel a sense of security that you are always
watched and recognized by the manager that you do good thing
I need to be a person whom subordinates want to work together
because they can learn a lot from me.
I would creating an ideal environment where each individual can
perform to the maximum using each strength

but realistic to achieve both of team’s goal and individual goal / personal growth.
