What does it mean?
• Due to the Coronavirus situation, we decided as a company to enable work from
home
• You are requested to continue working as usual and to try to maintain your daily
working routines, just to do it from home.
• These WFH (work from home) days are counted as normal working days.
• You are required to report vacation/sick as usual.

Workspace
In order to insure efficient productive working days from home, please make sure:
 You have a proper workspace with all the equipment you need.
 Equipment – Screens - if needed take yours. Other hardware is also available (keyboard,
microphone).
 VPN to all AWS and admin environments has been configured and tested - please verify
this on your computer at home - IT will assist if needed

Daily routines
• Please clock in/out manually and continue the vacation/sick requests as usual.
• Each team will have a daily morning sync with her/his manager & team members – hour will be
defined by manager.
• End of day summary – by the end of each day please provide a summary with your main outputs.
Your manager will decide regarding the platform/format.
• Make sure to constantly update on JIRA / Trello / Monday.
• You’ll be requested to be available for meetings, questions and provide responses as usual.

• 10Bis/Cibus will remain the same.
• Until there is a restriction from the health of ministry, if there is someone that prefers working from the
office they are welcome to do so.
• If you are sick or not feeling well, avoid coming to the office!
• Try to avoid any unnecessary traveling!
• Take general care of yourself & heed the government & health of ministry instructions.
• For any question, consultation, or worry, please feel free to contact HR.
