Exit Strategy Estimations
If the Corporation Game is 90k (to make) + 50K (marketing) which includes 40 levels in
the application = $140K and they place it on apple store and google play for free, but
charge 99 cents per item needed and the monthly average is $5.00 per player and 15K
players the first month. Plus the fees that will cost to maintain it on IOS. See down
below
First month
$90,000 (Developing game) + $50,000 (marketing) = $140,000.00
15,000 (players) spend $5.00 (monthly) = $75,000.00
15,000 (players) x .73 cents for (Credit Card, processing and Apple) = $10,950.00
$75,000.00 - $10,950.00 = $64,050.00
$140,000.00 - $64,050.00 = $75,950.00 (owed to Innocast media)
Second Month
20,000 (another 5K in players join) spend $5.00 (monthly) = $100,000.00
$100,000.00-$75,000.00 (Innocast developing) = $25,000.00
20,000 (players) x .73 cents for (Credit Card, processing and Apple) = $14,600.00
$25,000 (after innocast has been paid back) - $14,600.00 (fees) = $10,400.00 to be split
50/50
$10,400.00 divided by 2 = $5,200.00 going to FPL/BMG and $5,200.00 going to Innnocast
Media.
Third Month
30,000 players (another 10K join) spend $5.00 (monthly) = $150,00.00
30,000 players x .73 cents for (Credit Card, processing and Apple) = $21,900.00
$150,00.00 ( 3rd month) - $21,900.00 (fees) = $128,100.00 profit after all fees
$128,100.00 divided by 2 = $64,050.00 going to FPL/BMG and $64,050.00 going to
Innocast Media.
* These are just estimations and it all depends on how the game is marketed
** The fees were based off a 2014 formula parameter for IOS
