This conference, entitled “Genome Editing: The Next Frontier”, will be held in Singapore, February 4-7, 2018, and is jointly organized by Fondation IPSEN, AAAS/Science and AAAS/Science Translational Medicine, and the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology A*STAR Singapore. The meeting will cover a broad range of topics including natural bacterial immune mechanisms, the next generation of genome editing tools, applications of genome editing tools in scientific discovery, and therapeutic applications of genome editing.

9. Created in 1983 under the auspices of Fondation de France, the Fondation IPSEN
aims to identify emerging knowledge and new paradigms in Biomedicine and Life
Science and to foster the most promising interconnections in life science and
biomedicine.
- Over the last 34 years, more than 250 meetings on its own or in collaboration
with leading institutions (Salk Institute for Biological Studies, RIKEN Brain
Science Institute, Karolinska Institutet, etc.) and major scientific journals
(Science, Cell Press or Nature).
