This document describes the development of a web-based intervention to decrease HIV risk behaviors and promote resilience among men who have sex with transgender men and women. The intervention was developed using the Transtheoretical Model and Sexual Health Model, and involved extensive collaboration with the transgender community. It consists of 6 modules containing educational activities and simulations of safer sex practices in a virtual world environment. The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of this online intervention through a rigorous study.
