SITE:
The location of the site is in Carlow Ireland. Site
orientation
is set out at due South, and perfectly achieving maximum
sun orientation. The building is
to be located on a site shared with a number of existing
HSE facilities in Carlow town, including St Dympna’s
hospital.
The intention is to centralise primary care facilities for
Carlow town and its environs, while complementing the
in-patient and hospital facilities provided by St. Luke’s
in Kilkenny.
