Etiology of kidney stones is multifactorial i.e. environmental factors, dietary
factors & genetical background.
If possible, whenever he passes kidney stones or is operated and his stones are
removed, please send the stone for chemical analysis. He can then follow
specific dietary precaution according to the nature of kidney stone.
