Working with clients in the CEO, CFO, CTO and Senior Executives
He has been President with the Management Development Group of Boston, for over 20 years, a
small New England based consulting firm specializing in management development,
organizational design, and re-engineering change management. Bill has been a Senior Lecturer
at Northeastern University for 18 years, where he taught organizational behavior, organizational
design, and the impact of cultural diversity on the workplace.
Previously, Mr. Morrison was an Associate Director of the New York Management Center for the
American Management Association in New York City for seven years. His responsibilities
included working with chief operating officers regarding long range planning goals for the
organizational development of their corporations. His work covered all aspects of management
development for both profit and non-profit organizations at all levels of management.
Prior to his work at the American Management Association, Mr. Morrison spent twelve years in
the human resources field managing employee relations, labor relations, professional recruiting
and employee benefits at Wang Laboratories and General Dynamics.
Mr. Morrison is a professional in the fields of re-engineering methodology and change
management/business strategic process. He is an expert in individual and organizational
performance improvement facilitated by leadership and achievement techniques. He has proficient
skills in self-managing work teams and all aspects of management training, and is highly
experienced in the area of management development. Mr. Morrison is also a seasoned consultant
utilizing the process of organizational needs assessment.
Education/Credentials
 B.S. in Science/Business and Industrial Psychology at Springfield College.
 M.S. in Guidance and Personal Service/Counseling, Springfield College. Also, a Thesis on Validation studies of
using the Wonderlick Intelligent Scores of individual’s versus job performance by supervisors.
 Ph.D. towards Industrial Psychology. Completed a three-year doctoral program in Industrial Psychology at
Boston University. Has written a book adaptation named the “Corporate Dance” that was accepted for publishing by
the AMA in New York City.
