Will has worked as a casual employee on my farm for the last three years during the pre-harvest
period.
He has worked alongside my existing work force of 4 employees doing a range of manual jobs.
He is a very affable young man with a very pleasant & mature manner who integrated well with
both my existing work force & the other casuals working on the farm. A number of the tasks he
was required to perform involved working in hot & dusty conditions & Will took it all in his
stride & completed all the jobs to a very satisfactory standard.
I found Will to be a reliable, trustworthy worker who kept good time, had an excellent attitude to
work & was a pleasant person to have on the team. He was good in encouraging his fellow work
mates when conditions got laborious & was instrumental in keeping up team morale amongst the
casuals when energy levels were sagging during the hot weather. I would have no hesitation in
recommending him to any future potential employer & wish him every success in whatever
future career path he chooses.
