Summary:
I am an experienced rough carpenter to a experinced finish carpenter with custom work as
my specialty.
Qualifications:
I can use a drill press, table saw, plainer, jig saw, jointer, band saw, lathe, mortise press,
drum sander, CNC machine and all related hand tools.
Professional Experience:
8/2013-1/2015 Elmers Restuarnt, Poulsbo, WA
Line cook and Prep cook. I started out as a line cook, where my duties included cooking
orders and maintaing general sanitation and closing the kitchen down at the end of the
night. I then moved to prep cook. My duties were to walk through and see what is needed. I
also worked off a prep list and made sure they did not run out of anything.
1/2004-2/2013 Clearwater Casino, Suquamish, WA
Engineer and Carpenter. I would do walk arounds and check for anything that was needing
repairs or just general maintance. I would fix machines in the kitchen and any other place
that they needed repairing. I then became the carpenter, where I would make all the
molding's from "scratch". I made their address sign and any other custom orders that came
across my desk. I also ran and maintained all the equipment in my shop.
2/2000-1/2004 Clearwater Casino, Suquamish, WA
Buffet Cook. My duties included cooking the daily meal for 1500 people and making 80
gallons of soup from scratch, a day. Plus I would also set up the buffet each day. I also
created fruit trays to go out to the public.
1996-1999 Topside Restaurant, Bremerton, WA
Kitchen manager and Line cook. I was in charge of ordering all food and supplies needed for
the kitchen, hiring and firing, and schedualing. I also cooked orders and made sure that the
kitchen was clean. At the end of my time with them, because they were closing down, I kept

2. the kitchen stocked and was able to shut the kitchen down with little stock left.

I have degrees in, Washington Department of Corrections, Shelton, WA and California
Department of Corrections.
