2. For Ren Ci, WerkDone implemented a
comprehensive Visitor Management System to
improve day-to-day workflow efficiency. The
system is operational now at multiple Ren Ci
facilities and seamlessly processes more than
150-200 appointments daily. Visitor Management
is fully automated, with little to no requirement for
administrative and security staff.
In addition, the system differentiates between over
50 visitor categories (based on visit purpose and
security clearance). Access rules can be
configured per category, and every visit is logged
on a centralised management dashboard for easy
access and analysis.

3. The ability to finely manage and adjust access clearance for different visitors without using a single system allows
great flexibility and adaptability. This can be a crucial for crisis management, such during pandemics. It also
contributes to patient care, as limiting the number of visitors for certain patients (e.g. post-surgery) can give them
more time to rest and recuperate.

4. Aside from improving the visitor experience, this system
also supports the internal operations of the facilities.
Operators can use the same system to manage staff
access and rosters. Equipped with the latest facial
recognition technology, this system ensures that only
authorized personnel may access specified zones or
wards.
