Activity For Kids
Activities for young children ( under five years old)
 Mention my rhymes at every opportunity .Use sentences, for example, “a silk
thread on Khalil’s wall,” or find, for example, subjective rhymes, for example: “I
wrote a book like al-Kuttab.” Play games such as “A bowl of tarantas in the sea,
a diver from the air of Lulu and from the outside of copper ”.Older children can
compose their own rhymes and learn common rhymes and songs, to help them
understand the importance of words and the way words are produced.
 Sing play songs when you are at home, in the car or on the go .Boys love to
sing, and he teaches them language, rhymes, words, and tempo .They sang
songs, for example, “My grandfather has a donkey and he takes us behind
him…”, “Mama’s time is coming / coming after a while / she brings toys and
needs” or songs of the alphabet “Abjad is Hati Kaliman.”…
 Repeat the words your child says, or make your own sounds and see if your
child can imitate them.
 Play games with your child like “Hami Bard” and focus on the words “Hami”
and “Bard .”For example, “The ball is in a protective place .…very !What place
did you mention is cold”?
 Talk about the sounds animals make and ask your child to imitate them .For
example: “The cat says Meow .Can you say meow"?
 During the meal, talk about the food you make, the ingredients you use, what it
tastes like, and what it looks like.
 Talk about things outside the house or things around you outside – for
example, trees rustling, birds chirping, car horns .Ask your child to imitate the
sounds of the wind, rain, water, plane, train, and car.
 Tell them stories about your childhood or your family life in the past .You can
show part of the stories with your child or tell them while jogging.


Activities for older children ( school age)
 Play word games that encourage children to learn tones .For example, “I am
thinking of an animal name that begins with the letter B ”.What song do you
think starts with that note”?
 Ask your child if he knows words with similar tones .For example, “Words that
start with the letter “C”?”
 Ask your child to make notes or combine notes together and then think of the
words that include the note or notes .For example, “Which character sounds
funny to you ?what "?What are the words that start with the letters
Shaw ?
( choco, chocolate, soup, etc.).
 Talk about the TV programs you watch with your son, and ask him to tell you
what happened on them .It is recommended to read the article They talked
about the past .Ask your child to tell you about an activity he enjoyed doing at
school this week .For more information on how to get your child to talk, read the
article.
 They talked about the future .Tell your son what you are going to do tomorrow
or at the end of the week, or ask him to tell you what he needs to do before he
sleeps.

Reading and preparing books
Reading helps your child develop his linguistic wealth, his ability to listen and
understand, and understand the purpose of written words .Reading with your child
helps develop a positive attitude toward reading later in life.

Activities for young children ( under five years old)
 Read stories to your child - it's never too early to start reading stories !While
reading, make sure your child can see the book you're reading and maybe even
your face .Pay attention to where your child focuses his eyes specifically in the
book, and mention the things by their names .Be careful not to read the story at
once, and try to vary the tone of your voice and use different sounds.
 Young boys love rhymes, pace and repetition, as well as stories about letters
and words, and books with a different graphic design .If you are looking at
books like this, encourage your child to turn the pages and talk about what he
sees .As you read, run your finger from right to left along the page to show your
child how to read the story, and emphasize specific words or expressions .Ask
him questions about the drawings, and ask him to point to different pictures.
 Boys like to repeat the story .You can benefit a lot from this if you ask your
child to direct you where to start reading .For example: “Which page are we
going to start reading today ”?Sometimes stop reading and ask your child what
he thinks is going to happen.
 Compare what happens in the story with what happens in real life .If you read a
story about a theme park, you could take your child to a public park where you
live and point out the rides you read about in the story.
 Visit a public library with your child, and encourage him to choose books to
read at home .The visit can be made during the allotted time for the Story Hour.
 When you are out with your child, take a book and toys with you.
 Read books with rhymes and help your child develop knowledge of tones and
words.
 Teach your child to distinguish between the tones that make up his name .For
example, there are two syllables in the name “Tariq: ta-riq”.
 Make touch books for babies and children that include things they like to touch
and look at, made of soft fabric, cotton, leather, or rough paper .Then,
contemplate the book with your child, what it looks like, and note how your child
feels when you touch it.
Don't worry if your child doesn't concentrate while reading, or if you don't manage to
finish the whole story .Advance at your child's pace - encourage him, but do not
motivate him .Use a variety of books to find out which books he likes .Try to enjoy the
books!

Activities for older children (school age)
 Read stories, then talk about them .Ask your child: “What is the story talking
about?” or “Which character is your favorite ”?And why”?
 Read together, each of you according to his role .You can read the first half of
the book and your child to read the other half .Also, ask your child to read some
words sometimes, but at first choose words that can be read easily, such as
words consisting of two or three letters (free, cat, pen, ball).
 Older boys like stories that teach letters .Ask your child to say words that begin
with the same tone that indicates the letter you are looking at.
 Ask your child to prepare and draw a book of his own .He can do this on a
computer or with paper and pencils .Help him write the words in the story, or at
least write some of them.
 When you are out walking, ask your child to identify and read the words that
appear on signs in the streets or above shops.
 Teach your child the meaning of the words that appear on street signs and
traffic lights such as “pedestrian lane,” “children on the road,” and “give way”.
 Let your child hear the tones that make up the words .Ask him what tones the
words begin and end with .
( Or what is the tone that begins with the movement
of the damma, for example, soup, and what is the tone that begins with the
movement of conquest, for example, a table.)
 Encourage your child to read the names of the products in the supermarket.
drawing and writing
From a very young age, boys love to “write” like older brothers and parents .Doodling
and drawing help your child develop the fine motor skills he needs to write later with
pencils and ink .They also help him recognize and remember letter shapes.
All typing tips in one place (free) https://oke.io/qL7rHZ
Activities for young children ( under five years old)
 Encourage your child to draw and write with ink pens, pencils, coloring, and
touch-ups .He definitely loves to add scribbles, doodles or fun to his birthday
invitation or message.
 Encourage him to try writing letters or writing his name on every job he does.
 Help him use the putty to draw the alphabet or numbers.
 Show him the alphabet in different shapes - cubes, fridge magnets, or jigsaw
puzzles.
 Cut out or draw pictures of simple household items – chair, table, TV, wall,
door, etc. Then write the names of these objects on different pieces of
paper .Ask your child to match the names and pictures.
 All typing tips in one place (freehttps://oke.io/qL7rHZ

Activities for older children ( school age)
 They choose and replace letters to make different notes—cow, neck, bagpipe,
tenderloin—and then check if the notes are real words .Practice saying the
words each letter separately, and then say the word - for example, the syllables
"ja - e - za" make up the word prize ."!Use the single letters at the beginning to
make it easier for your son, for example, k, l, b, and then the connected letters,
for example, “dog
 Encourage your child to write his name and the names of other family
members on the greeting cards he makes or on the drawings .When your child
knows how to use all the separate letters well, we can show him words with
connected letters.
 Encourage him to write a list of purchases, a cake recipe or a menu for an
imaginary restaurant meal when he plays an imaginary game.
 When you are out walking, point to the different letters, such as the letters in
the signs for a store or zoo .Explain to him that cursive characters can be used
to read the names of places or products.
 Ask him to prepare a book in which words appear on the right side, and a
drawing of each word appears on the left.
