decision making, Online Global Rank of Pharma Corporate has a very weak
correlation with Revenue (R square 0.3848) and the findings have no statistical
significance (P Value 0.0557)
• Therefore there is little predictive value in the equation: Pharma Revenue =
-0.2193*Online Global Rank + 56553
• Nonetheless there are some interesting findings:

Johnson & Johnson's online presence, having the strongest global online rank of
the top ten earning pharma at position 20,435, supports the idea that such a
presence has a positive impact on revenue, posting a top 71,890 USD million in
sales

Gilead Sciences Inc. although ranking a lowly online global rank of 155,941, has
achieved sales within the top ten pharma of 30,390 USD million, suggesting that
a marketing presence other than by their Web site has paid dividends.
