Maximizing overall asset value by optimizing rental yields, identifying
sales / JV’s or Redevelopment opportunities in existing assets:
• Participate in cross functional team of the Development process
• Define and own vision and value creation strategies for assets
• Review revenue generating decisions (contracts, Leases etc.)
• Perform Asset diagnoses monitoring financial performance
• Produce quarterly reports
• Provide input for valuations
