sales / JV’s or Redevelopment opportunities in existing assets:
• Participate in cross functional team of the Development process
• Define and own vision and value creation strategies for assets
• Review revenue generating decisions (contracts, Leases etc.)
• Perform Asset diagnoses monitoring financial performance
• Produce quarterly reports
• Provide input for valuations

Managing daily operation adhering to brand quality while optimizing
OPEX & CAPEX costs of assets:
• Ensure efficiency of OPEX and maintenance CAPEX
• Establish operational policies and procedures and guidelines
• Manage relations with service providers, tenants and authorities
• Oversee day to day operations
• Ensure rent collection
• Negotiate Leases and Renewals
• Plan and implement Branding and Marketing events
• Provide input to Asset Management to support 3 – 5 year
strategy planning
