stock availability of various types of mild steel, stainless steel and nickel-copper
alloy tube, STAUFF offers unlimited options for all industrial purposes.
Scanning
ƒƒ Precise drafting of customer-supplied samples via 5-axis measuring
machines and automated transfer into a bending programme
Bending
ƒƒ Latest generation of all-electric 8-axis CNC tube bending machines with integrated
loading and unloading to reduce unwanted machine stoppage during production cycles
ƒƒ Right-hand and left-hand bend capabilities in automatic cycle
ƒƒ Multi-stack tooling facilities allow components to be bent with different
radii and with compound bends with little or no straight between them
ƒƒ Bending tools available for all commonly used metric diameters from 4mm to 65mm
and imperial diameters from 3/16" to 2" (for both thin-walled and thick-walled tube)
ƒƒ Highest bending precision and repeatability
Cutting and Deburring
ƒƒ Automated cutting of individual tubes and tube bundles
ƒƒ Deburring the edges of the tubes to ensure best sealing
End-Forming and Fabricating
ƒƒ Machinery and tooling to perform tube end-forming, flaring and beading to
all commonly used connection techniques, including the following ones:
Metric cutting ring for DIN 2353 fitting systems
Metric cutting ring with integral sealing ring for DIN 2353 fitting systems
Metric tube end form with soft sealing for DIN 2353 fitting systems
37° flared tube end for SAE J514 fitting systems
10° flared tube end in conjunction with clamping ring
ƒƒ Fully coded TIG and MIG welding, brazing and silver soldering
Cleaning
ƒƒ Flushing and pelleting to achieve specific degrees of cleanliness
Pre-Fabricated Modules
and Sub-Assemblies
As a system supplier, STAUFF is not only able to provide a broad range of individual
components, but also to pre-fabricate entire modules and sub-assemblies.
These can contain combinations of hoses and pipes with the full range of
original STAUFF fluid technology components such as clamping systems with
custom-designed bracketry, tube fittings, flanges, valves and much more –
perfectly aligned to customers’ requirements.
Replacing a large number of individual
components with only a few pre-fabricated
sub-assemblies results in significantly
reduced purchasing efforts, assembly times
and material inventories for the customers.
Logistics Concepts and Services
ƒƒ Procurement and stocking of fluid power components from
specific third party suppliers on behalf of the customers
ƒƒ In-house inventory control at the customers’ locations
ƒƒ Just-in-time delivery of quality-tested components and
sub-assemblies straight to the customers’ assembly lines
ƒƒ Optimised arrangement to simplify identification
of the items and save picking times, reduce the risks of mix-ups
and speed-up the assembly processes by using customer-specific
carriers such as "A-Frames" and "Shadowboards"
