Rio Tinto. After doing her MBA she
transitioned into people focused roles
and stakeholder management. She
held anExecutive role at Royal
Bafokeng holdings, a leading black
investment company and is currently a
Human Resources Executive at a
leading JSE listed private education
group.
Siza is a mentor to a number of young
women around the area of self
mastery. She is also a gym fanatic !
