Eventhouch you do not hear the Word of God yet somebody
who hears the Word outside ~his Hall, who believes and puts
into practice is saved but you remain here for years without
complying yourself with any instruction the Gospel has given.
Right now a great many people throughout the world have
repented of their sins, havihg heard these Gospels an~' read
even one of our pamphlets, but you remain. here for manyyeare
and still indulge yourself in all acts of sin which meanS
that you heither hear the Word of God nor have faith. 'From
this year on it is incumbent upon the children of God to hear
the Word of God. Whosoever hears the Word of God has f~ith.
Always open ycur ears and listen to the Word of God preached
to you~ give full concentration, empty your heart, open your
ears and eyes and always focus your attention when the GOspel
is being delivered to you. Whether or not you have the ability
to practise the Gospel yoil first sit down quietly and listen
to the Sermon preached. During the delivery of any Gospel
every person should sit down with absolute humility to receive
the Word of God. During sueh an occasion do hot converse with
any person, do not make any inquiry, do not move a'bout:and do
not move in and out of the building and do not disturb others
but always listen to the Word of God attentively, concentrate
your attention on the Father and receive the Word of life.
This is faith and faith comes by hearing the Word of God.

Do you remember the story of Martha and her sister Mary.
When Our Lord Jesus Christ visited them at their house and
Mary sat at the Christ's feet and heepd the Word of God.
Martha was cumbered about with much ser~ina~ finding ~nd
preparinG food which their visitor would eat. She abandoned
the Word of God but engaged herself finding food for the Lord.
Inspite of this , she was very much exasperated with her

Lord Jesus Christ and said 'ILord do you not care that my
sister has left me alone to serve in the kitchen~ bid her,
therefore to come and ass1st me. II Our Lord Jesus Christ

8. The Righteous Wil1 Receive rh~ Grace of
God And The Evil Will Return Empty
Handed
If twenty people come into
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star today, ten
out of this number are with good intentions as
children, The other ten only live in order
to secure a chance to fight against the will of
God in the fold. It now remains, among these
twO groups, who are going to receive the
grace of God, and who are those who will
return empty-handed. Are not those who
come to Brotherhood of the Cross and Star
with the intention to serve, worship, and
practice the word of God who will be
abundantly blessed? But all those who come to
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star in order to
fighr against the will of God shall return
empty-handed. In addition, they will be meted
with all kinds of tribulations, tortures and
affi iClions. Those two groups of people are
well-represented here in the Brotherhood of
Cross and Star. Whenever you hear
somebody who claims to be a member of
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star fold, things
do not go well with him, that he was
prosperous before his membership in the fold
but now the ill-winds of life have blown
against him, such that whatever he puts his
hands into doing does not yield positive fruits.
Such a person is among the people who come
to the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star with
evil intention to resist the will of God. You
s~lou!d know that this is not a time for jokes
or for anybody to manoeuver over.

Prevailing Situations For The Children Of
God
Can you now realize what the passage
says, we know that we are of God, and the
whole world lieth in wickedness. Those who

but continue to commit fornication, extort
money from people under false pretense, tell
Iies, steal, fight, quarrel, hate other people
and indulge in other multifarious vices, should
have a second thought of their action. They
are the children of the evil one. So you think
that if God did not keep

prevailing situation and events you would have
existed?

Receives Peace
This explains vividly that people should nOl
try to hinder or suppress or oppress
