I. Project’s proposal, the research process (sequential example) how it helped you completed
your research
The research proposal will demonstrate the quality and importance of our project as well as the
usability to conduct the proposed research. The proposal also gives us the opportunity to think
through our research project, refine our focus, and predict any challenges that may arise. It may
be helpful to consult proposals at various stages in the research process to remind ourselves of our
focus and to chart how our project has progressed. In other words, the project’s proposal helps
explain what we hope our research will find/show or our interest in an experience with this topic.
Besides, the project’s proposal also helps explain why this topic is worth considering or why this
question or series of questions is worth answering. Moreover, the project’s proposal will
contextualize our research question within the literature in this field, limit the boundaries of our
research question so that it is not too broad, cite landmark studies in our field and describe the
kind of research we will conduct in this project. From that, once the project is underway, we might
see or revise our methodology to adopt old/new methods of gathering and processing data.
On the other hand, the research process will help us identify, locate, assess, and analyze the
information needed to support the research question or develop and express our ideas. The
research process is broken down into seven steps, making it more manageable and easier to
understand. This module will give us an idea of what's involved at each step in order to give us a
better overall picture of where we are in our research, where we will be going, and what to expect
at each step.
1) Set the project vision
The project vision this time will be to bring out things that remote working tools are still not able
to fully have, namely the discord online meeting platform. We will have to customize and upgrade
the sound and picture quality during the online work of this application. The reason for the decision
to customize the project, we based on the research we created to study user behavior during the
covid season when working remotely as well as have a more general view of the user's difficulties.
still worried. Thereby, we will improve and upgrade to help users have the best experience.
2) Define the requirements
In this section, I will specify the requirements of the proposed project. The first is that we have
listed the difficulties of working remotely through online meeting platforms, and compared
platforms such as zoom, slack, microsoft teams... with the discord platform. . From here, we can
see what's on the discord and what's important to improve. And so on, we did an online survey
through google forms to find out what users were thinking during their use of the software, and
collect those opinions to fix the vulnerabilities , the user inconvenience. Thereby, we have solutions
to solve problems from users. Ensure the most convenience for users.
Page | 2
3) Describe the deliverables
II. Reflection on the merits, limitations and potential pitfalls of the chosen methods
We use two methods in this project: Primary Research and Secondary Research. Each method both
have merits, limitations, potential pitfalls inside them. Can say that, the greatest advantage of
Primary Research is that it allows the researcher to obtain original data that are current and highly
specific to the needs given. Besides, because of the processes involved, primary research can be
very time-consuming, sometimes requiring months or even years so it can also be a very costly
process. In Secondary Research, this method is largely based on already existing data derived from
previous research so it can be conducted more quickly and at a lesser cost. However, the major
disadvantage of secondary research is that the researcher may have difficulty obtaining
information specific to needs. Additionally, existing research data may not have the currency
necessary to be useful.
By its nature, most scientific research is primary. However, almost invariably a supporting
secondary component involved, as nearly all scientific studies require the evaluation of existing
research information to some extent. In the case of secondary research, the problem of being able
to obtain information quickly and inexpensively at the possible risk of lacking necessary relevance
and currency is one that often can be hard for researchers to reconcile. Hence, by using both
method, the results of this project can be improved and the data will be validated to the maximum
level because one method can fill the shortcomings of the other. That is, we use main the study
collects all the actual information of the subjects to have the latest data about Discord users,
difficulties in use, which means Resources are updated and new. Primary research, on the other
hand, does not have the same level of authenticity as secondary research. Because the survey
participants may not be truthful or serious, the data's reliability is directly affected. As a result, the
material gathered through Secondary Research from a book, article, or research that has been
confirmed or accepted by professors or reputable unions will be far more qualified and
dependable. Moreover, when Primary research and secondary research work together will save us
time and avoid duplicate work while we can still investigate important questions that matter. In
addition, combining both two methods will give us the most well-rounded view of our industry, our
competition, and our target demographic.
III. The roles of Literature review in our project
The literature review provides an understanding of the study of remote working platforms. Discord
has successfully supported research. It helps us to know our research topic or research question. It
helps us decide Identify customer needs when working remotely. Start by reviewing the detailed
study abstract to see if relevant studies that are relevant or useful to our research. Next, search
the folder and References can help us expand our resource list. Select the most appropriate
document and remember to note the bibliographic references for later use. It also helps us to
identify methodology, the most important questions are addressed if they are well designed and
Page | 3
implemented, and if they are quoted enough, etc. then our research will be successful. Because I
have no experience in project management, these documents helped me a lot when I first made
the research. After reading the above books, I learned how to manage the project and make
research using certain sequences. I also know more about the reasons why a project fails, based
on it that I can avoid these causes when research. Thanks to it, our project probability of failure
will be lower. In addition, they are doing research on how to optimize the sound and picture quality
of discord, so the literature review also provides us with a wealth of useful information on this
issue. Can be said in more detail, we can see that optimizing and adding functionality to a software
has gone through many stages.
In Currently, Disocrd has achieved a lot of success and is gradually becoming a technology trend
for the future of remote working. Many new features were born and applied. From the results, we
also we know that Discord will become even more popular in the future and we will regularly
conduct online surveys to show our users how good our customer service is and always listen to
users. Besides, we also guarantee the legality of user data will be processed properly, the
conversations of organizations will be encrypted by the admin.
IV. How to project a plan, how often to update it and the cause of the need to update the plan
Figure 1: WBS of our project
We created the plan for this research project by defining your project’s stakeholders, scope, quality
baseline, deliverables, milestones, success criteria and requirements. Moreover, we also create a
project charter, work breakdown structure (WBS), identify/monitor the risks associated, list the 12
necessary project resources and develop change management procedures/forms. Finally, create a
communication plan, schedule and other guiding documents for the project. We use the Gantt
Page | 4
chart to create a project plan because the Gantt chart helps us organize, prioritize and assign tasks.
After that, plan and schedule milestones (task dependencies). Thanks to it, we can monitor
progress, share project plans with the team and stakeholders to generate reports on plans. On the
other hand, we also often update the project plan when our research happens, an issue (such as
no previous research conducted on our topic, missing data or statistical analysis did not generate
results, etc), have new requests or have any change in our research. Updating the project plan is
very important because if anything does not go according to plan then it can make our research
project fail. And updating the project plan will help us to divide work and handle everything in the
time given so as not to be the late deadline. Summary, when having any incident affects the success
of the research project or can make the research project fail then an update of the project plan is
necessary to solve all problems.
V. How often did you meet the tutor and how the tutor helped you to create more effective
research
We meet the tutor three times a week. In each meeting, our tutor helped us a lot. First, our tutor
introduced us to the knowledge necessary when implementing research and managing projects so
they don't fail. Further, after we identify our research topic then our tutor will review and browser
for us. Aside from that, our tutor also answers all our questions in extreme detail and is easy to
understand. Finally, our tutor both reviews our draft report before we have submitted the report
officially. So, our research process becomes easier and more effective.
VI. How did you choose participations(sample types, sizes) and the importance of it
Our participants are people who understand some knowledge and have used the Discord app. This
will help us know exactly what and what inconveniences discord brings. Thus, I decided to choose
the online survey method. The reason is because online surveys will be faster and cost-effective.
The information is potentially more accurate, participants enter their responses directly into the
system. Besides, creating an online survey form is easy and easy to use. If human psychology always
likes the beautiful and new, the online survey will create interest in the survey process. The order
of questions in an online survey can be changed or questions can be omitted entirely, depending
on the answers to the previous question. This way, a survey can be tailored to each participant as
they proceed. And finally the analysis of the results. The results of the online survey are available
for analysis at any time. See results in real time so you can act quickly, create graphs for reporting,
export data for further analysis. The imporance of it, maybe they have a certain opinion about this
Online Meeting Software. These people can refer or provide information on this topic to us in
research projects. Besides, they also support us to reaffirm our previous thoughts and give rights
decision for our study.
Page | 5
VII. How did you present your research result
In this project. I used method online survey to collect the feedback from everyone. And the below
is the questionnaire for online survey
Page | 6
Page | 7
Page | 8
Figure 2: Online Survery by google forms
 Result of online survey:
After posting the survey online on social networking, I received 15 replies on social media about
the quality video and sound of discord when doing from far. I can rely on this for data analysis and
make conclusions and recommendations for the current situation.
Figure 3: The name take part in survey
Page | 9
Figure 4: Sex chart
In this survey (Figure 4), 80% of the respondents are male and the remaining 20% are female.
Figure 5: Age Chart
In Figure 5, we can look at that people between the ages of 26 and 40 who participated in the
survey the most reached 40%. Followed by second place, the age range from 18 to 25 reached
33.33%. The third will be those slightly older than 18 which will account for about 20% and finally
those over 40 will make up less than 10%. Perhaps in this age, many people are not very tech-savvy,
so the use of Discord application also becomes insignificant.
Page | 10
Figure 6: Yes/No question about remote working
In Fugure 6, Up to 93.3% have been working online during this covid-19 epidemic season. Just 6.7%
is say no. Perhaps for these people, their profession does not need or cannot work remotely.
Figure 7: Yes/No question about using Discord application
In Figure 7, up to 93.3% use Discord application for working remotely as well as chatting with
others. And only 6.7% of people don't use discord. It can be seen that discord is the trend for
remote working.
Page | 11
Figure 8: The platform to use Discord
In Figure 8, Through the chart we can see that discord usage on iOS accounts for 42.9%. Next will
be Windows operating system with 35.7%, the third will be Mac OS with 14.3% and finally 7.1%
with android operating system. Linux is not voted by anyone, perhaps the reason is that for
ordinary users, they do not know or hear about this operating system as much as Windows or Mac
Os. This operating system is mainly used by programmers so it will be very familiar to them.
Figure 9: Feel about video quality and sound quality of Discord
In Figure 9, With this analysis through this standing chart, it can be seen that 57.1% of people think
that the picture and sound quality of discord is extremely good. And up to 28.6% of people think
it's extremely good. However, there are still 7.1% of people who think it's normal means it's okay
and sometimes it's not, and extremely bad is also 7.1%.
Page | 12
Figure 10: Short answer about quality other platform compare with Discord
In Figure 10, through this question, it can be seen that almost everyone after using these platforms
and switching to the discord application feels quite great with the operation of this application as
well as interested in the special features that this tool brings.
Page | 13
Figure 11: Question about advantages and disadvantages Discord brought to you
In Figure 11, Almost everyone thinks that discord has helped them a lot in working remotely during
the past pandemic. I have seen a few answers that thanks to this application, it is convenient and
convenient to monitor employees in the enterprise. and they can do this using Discord's Bot.
Page | 14
Figure 12: Result of the difficulties do you face when using remote working tools
In Figure 12, the most of people don’t have any difficult when remote working and support tools.
Maybe, Most of them are young people, so it's easy and quick to contact and get used to new
technology.
Figure 13: New functions remote working Discord need
Page | 15
In the final result of survey, When asked if any new functionality needed to be added to the discord,
there were still a few requests that there should be a raise hand function like google meet to make
it convenient to contribute ideas in company meetings and more polite. The second function that
people ask for is when an outsider joins to the room, it will display a text and sound notification.
The third function is to create a schedule. The rest of the people have no further comments and
think that the discord is stable.
VIII. Consider other research approach and improvements in future research
According to our plan, the project was pretty successful. We completed all goals and purposes
given (the goals and purpose are already outlined in detail in the first assignment report). The issues
also are solved following positive and most optimal directions. Everything both accomplished was
on time. Things in the plan we have done quite smoothly and completed very well (the specific
works that we did when implementing the plan recorded specifically in the research proposal,
Gantt chart at the first assignment report. However, when implementing the plan, we have to face
up some small problems such as can't face to face for the interview or request changes while the
project is still in progress. This causes a little difficulty for us in the process of implementing the
project. Though, we passed it with many good solutions and support from our tutor. Then,
everything takes place very well and our research project is also extremely successful.
There are other research methodologies that may be employed as alternatives to the ones now in
use in our study endeavor. One of them is a quantitative analysis, which presents data sources
through statistical analysis. Another option is to do an experiment approach that may include
records of study on the subject under consideration. It should be noted that. After we are finished
with our project, we can use both qualitative and quantitative research classes familiarity with the
research procedure Both statistical data and the statistical model are affected by these two
techniques. The knowledge of the research subject can be gathered. We used questionnaires that
were all the same. Conducting surveys using quantitative methodologies, as well as anticipating
and responding to digital data. After doing this study, we finally got what we expected thanks to
the participants and both get some knowledge and use the Discord app. Participants provide
various information and opinions about our topic and those sections very useful information for
our research. Besides, the survey shows us exactly what the demand for remote work is today.
From there, we can develop we can deploy working application from as far as Discord. In particular,
experience helps us recognize that we need to get better at asking questions for interviews or
surveys, and we also acknowledges that subject selection plays an important role in the overall
study. About research methods, we still use interviews and surveys because it is very useful,
convenient and easy when making research. In conducting interviews, we can ask people who have
real knowledge and ask them in-depth questions about research issues or their own views on
research issues. On the other hand, we choose the survey because it is able to save time and effort
Page | 16
for us. Due to it is done on the internet with pre-compiled questionnaires by google form tools.
Besides, after having survey results then this tool also we statistics and analyze the results by
charts. So, we both save time and still get the desired results. Another reason is that if we did a
survey then we could get the opinion of a group of people and the results would be more general.

  • 5. Page | 1 I. Project’s proposal, the research process (sequential example) how it helped you completed your research The research proposal will demonstrate the quality and importance of our project as well as the usability to conduct the proposed research. The proposal also gives us the opportunity to think through our research project, refine our focus, and predict any challenges that may arise. It may be helpful to consult proposals at various stages in the research process to remind ourselves of our focus and to chart how our project has progressed. In other words, the project’s proposal helps explain what we hope our research will find/show or our interest in an experience with this topic. Besides, the project’s proposal also helps explain why this topic is worth considering or why this question or series of questions is worth answering. Moreover, the project’s proposal will contextualize our research question within the literature in this field, limit the boundaries of our research question so that it is not too broad, cite landmark studies in our field and describe the kind of research we will conduct in this project. From that, once the project is underway, we might see or revise our methodology to adopt old/new methods of gathering and processing data. On the other hand, the research process will help us identify, locate, assess, and analyze the information needed to support the research question or develop and express our ideas. The research process is broken down into seven steps, making it more manageable and easier to understand. This module will give us an idea of what's involved at each step in order to give us a better overall picture of where we are in our research, where we will be going, and what to expect at each step. 1) Set the project vision The project vision this time will be to bring out things that remote working tools are still not able to fully have, namely the discord online meeting platform. We will have to customize and upgrade the sound and picture quality during the online work of this application. The reason for the decision to customize the project, we based on the research we created to study user behavior during the covid season when working remotely as well as have a more general view of the user's difficulties. still worried. Thereby, we will improve and upgrade to help users have the best experience. 2) Define the requirements In this section, I will specify the requirements of the proposed project. The first is that we have listed the difficulties of working remotely through online meeting platforms, and compared platforms such as zoom, slack, microsoft teams... with the discord platform. . From here, we can see what's on the discord and what's important to improve. And so on, we did an online survey through google forms to find out what users were thinking during their use of the software, and collect those opinions to fix the vulnerabilities , the user inconvenience. Thereby, we have solutions to solve problems from users. Ensure the most convenience for users.
  • 6. Page | 2 3) Describe the deliverables II. Reflection on the merits, limitations and potential pitfalls of the chosen methods We use two methods in this project: Primary Research and Secondary Research. Each method both have merits, limitations, potential pitfalls inside them. Can say that, the greatest advantage of Primary Research is that it allows the researcher to obtain original data that are current and highly specific to the needs given. Besides, because of the processes involved, primary research can be very time-consuming, sometimes requiring months or even years so it can also be a very costly process. In Secondary Research, this method is largely based on already existing data derived from previous research so it can be conducted more quickly and at a lesser cost. However, the major disadvantage of secondary research is that the researcher may have difficulty obtaining information specific to needs. Additionally, existing research data may not have the currency necessary to be useful. By its nature, most scientific research is primary. However, almost invariably a supporting secondary component involved, as nearly all scientific studies require the evaluation of existing research information to some extent. In the case of secondary research, the problem of being able to obtain information quickly and inexpensively at the possible risk of lacking necessary relevance and currency is one that often can be hard for researchers to reconcile. Hence, by using both method, the results of this project can be improved and the data will be validated to the maximum level because one method can fill the shortcomings of the other. That is, we use main the study collects all the actual information of the subjects to have the latest data about Discord users, difficulties in use, which means Resources are updated and new. Primary research, on the other hand, does not have the same level of authenticity as secondary research. Because the survey participants may not be truthful or serious, the data's reliability is directly affected. As a result, the material gathered through Secondary Research from a book, article, or research that has been confirmed or accepted by professors or reputable unions will be far more qualified and dependable. Moreover, when Primary research and secondary research work together will save us time and avoid duplicate work while we can still investigate important questions that matter. In addition, combining both two methods will give us the most well-rounded view of our industry, our competition, and our target demographic. III. The roles of Literature review in our project The literature review provides an understanding of the study of remote working platforms. Discord has successfully supported research. It helps us to know our research topic or research question. It helps us decide Identify customer needs when working remotely. Start by reviewing the detailed study abstract to see if relevant studies that are relevant or useful to our research. Next, search the folder and References can help us expand our resource list. Select the most appropriate document and remember to note the bibliographic references for later use. It also helps us to identify methodology, the most important questions are addressed if they are well designed and
  • 7. Page | 3 implemented, and if they are quoted enough, etc. then our research will be successful. Because I have no experience in project management, these documents helped me a lot when I first made the research. After reading the above books, I learned how to manage the project and make research using certain sequences. I also know more about the reasons why a project fails, based on it that I can avoid these causes when research. Thanks to it, our project probability of failure will be lower. In addition, they are doing research on how to optimize the sound and picture quality of discord, so the literature review also provides us with a wealth of useful information on this issue. Can be said in more detail, we can see that optimizing and adding functionality to a software has gone through many stages. In Currently, Disocrd has achieved a lot of success and is gradually becoming a technology trend for the future of remote working. Many new features were born and applied. From the results, we also we know that Discord will become even more popular in the future and we will regularly conduct online surveys to show our users how good our customer service is and always listen to users. Besides, we also guarantee the legality of user data will be processed properly, the conversations of organizations will be encrypted by the admin. IV. How to project a plan, how often to update it and the cause of the need to update the plan Figure 1: WBS of our project We created the plan for this research project by defining your project’s stakeholders, scope, quality baseline, deliverables, milestones, success criteria and requirements. Moreover, we also create a project charter, work breakdown structure (WBS), identify/monitor the risks associated, list the 12 necessary project resources and develop change management procedures/forms. Finally, create a communication plan, schedule and other guiding documents for the project. We use the Gantt
  • 8. Page | 4 chart to create a project plan because the Gantt chart helps us organize, prioritize and assign tasks. After that, plan and schedule milestones (task dependencies). Thanks to it, we can monitor progress, share project plans with the team and stakeholders to generate reports on plans. On the other hand, we also often update the project plan when our research happens, an issue (such as no previous research conducted on our topic, missing data or statistical analysis did not generate results, etc), have new requests or have any change in our research. Updating the project plan is very important because if anything does not go according to plan then it can make our research project fail. And updating the project plan will help us to divide work and handle everything in the time given so as not to be the late deadline. Summary, when having any incident affects the success of the research project or can make the research project fail then an update of the project plan is necessary to solve all problems. V. How often did you meet the tutor and how the tutor helped you to create more effective research We meet the tutor three times a week. In each meeting, our tutor helped us a lot. First, our tutor introduced us to the knowledge necessary when implementing research and managing projects so they don't fail. Further, after we identify our research topic then our tutor will review and browser for us. Aside from that, our tutor also answers all our questions in extreme detail and is easy to understand. Finally, our tutor both reviews our draft report before we have submitted the report officially. So, our research process becomes easier and more effective. VI. How did you choose participations(sample types, sizes) and the importance of it Our participants are people who understand some knowledge and have used the Discord app. This will help us know exactly what and what inconveniences discord brings. Thus, I decided to choose the online survey method. The reason is because online surveys will be faster and cost-effective. The information is potentially more accurate, participants enter their responses directly into the system. Besides, creating an online survey form is easy and easy to use. If human psychology always likes the beautiful and new, the online survey will create interest in the survey process. The order of questions in an online survey can be changed or questions can be omitted entirely, depending on the answers to the previous question. This way, a survey can be tailored to each participant as they proceed. And finally the analysis of the results. The results of the online survey are available for analysis at any time. See results in real time so you can act quickly, create graphs for reporting, export data for further analysis. The imporance of it, maybe they have a certain opinion about this Online Meeting Software. These people can refer or provide information on this topic to us in research projects. Besides, they also support us to reaffirm our previous thoughts and give rights decision for our study.
  • 9. Page | 5 VII. How did you present your research result In this project. I used method online survey to collect the feedback from everyone. And the below is the questionnaire for online survey
  • 12. Page | 8 Figure 2: Online Survery by google forms  Result of online survey: After posting the survey online on social networking, I received 15 replies on social media about the quality video and sound of discord when doing from far. I can rely on this for data analysis and make conclusions and recommendations for the current situation. Figure 3: The name take part in survey
  • 13. Page | 9 Figure 4: Sex chart In this survey (Figure 4), 80% of the respondents are male and the remaining 20% are female. Figure 5: Age Chart In Figure 5, we can look at that people between the ages of 26 and 40 who participated in the survey the most reached 40%. Followed by second place, the age range from 18 to 25 reached 33.33%. The third will be those slightly older than 18 which will account for about 20% and finally those over 40 will make up less than 10%. Perhaps in this age, many people are not very tech-savvy, so the use of Discord application also becomes insignificant.
  • 14. Page | 10 Figure 6: Yes/No question about remote working In Fugure 6, Up to 93.3% have been working online during this covid-19 epidemic season. Just 6.7% is say no. Perhaps for these people, their profession does not need or cannot work remotely. Figure 7: Yes/No question about using Discord application In Figure 7, up to 93.3% use Discord application for working remotely as well as chatting with others. And only 6.7% of people don't use discord. It can be seen that discord is the trend for remote working.
  • 15. Page | 11 Figure 8: The platform to use Discord In Figure 8, Through the chart we can see that discord usage on iOS accounts for 42.9%. Next will be Windows operating system with 35.7%, the third will be Mac OS with 14.3% and finally 7.1% with android operating system. Linux is not voted by anyone, perhaps the reason is that for ordinary users, they do not know or hear about this operating system as much as Windows or Mac Os. This operating system is mainly used by programmers so it will be very familiar to them. Figure 9: Feel about video quality and sound quality of Discord In Figure 9, With this analysis through this standing chart, it can be seen that 57.1% of people think that the picture and sound quality of discord is extremely good. And up to 28.6% of people think it's extremely good. However, there are still 7.1% of people who think it's normal means it's okay and sometimes it's not, and extremely bad is also 7.1%.
  • 16. Page | 12 Figure 10: Short answer about quality other platform compare with Discord In Figure 10, through this question, it can be seen that almost everyone after using these platforms and switching to the discord application feels quite great with the operation of this application as well as interested in the special features that this tool brings.
  • 17. Page | 13 Figure 11: Question about advantages and disadvantages Discord brought to you In Figure 11, Almost everyone thinks that discord has helped them a lot in working remotely during the past pandemic. I have seen a few answers that thanks to this application, it is convenient and convenient to monitor employees in the enterprise. and they can do this using Discord's Bot.
  • 18. Page | 14 Figure 12: Result of the difficulties do you face when using remote working tools In Figure 12, the most of people don’t have any difficult when remote working and support tools. Maybe, Most of them are young people, so it's easy and quick to contact and get used to new technology. Figure 13: New functions remote working Discord need
  • 19. Page | 15 In the final result of survey, When asked if any new functionality needed to be added to the discord, there were still a few requests that there should be a raise hand function like google meet to make it convenient to contribute ideas in company meetings and more polite. The second function that people ask for is when an outsider joins to the room, it will display a text and sound notification. The third function is to create a schedule. The rest of the people have no further comments and think that the discord is stable. VIII. Consider other research approach and improvements in future research According to our plan, the project was pretty successful. We completed all goals and purposes given (the goals and purpose are already outlined in detail in the first assignment report). The issues also are solved following positive and most optimal directions. Everything both accomplished was on time. Things in the plan we have done quite smoothly and completed very well (the specific works that we did when implementing the plan recorded specifically in the research proposal, Gantt chart at the first assignment report. However, when implementing the plan, we have to face up some small problems such as can't face to face for the interview or request changes while the project is still in progress. This causes a little difficulty for us in the process of implementing the project. Though, we passed it with many good solutions and support from our tutor. Then, everything takes place very well and our research project is also extremely successful. There are other research methodologies that may be employed as alternatives to the ones now in use in our study endeavor. One of them is a quantitative analysis, which presents data sources through statistical analysis. Another option is to do an experiment approach that may include records of study on the subject under consideration. It should be noted that. After we are finished with our project, we can use both qualitative and quantitative research classes familiarity with the research procedure Both statistical data and the statistical model are affected by these two techniques. The knowledge of the research subject can be gathered. We used questionnaires that were all the same. Conducting surveys using quantitative methodologies, as well as anticipating and responding to digital data. After doing this study, we finally got what we expected thanks to the participants and both get some knowledge and use the Discord app. Participants provide various information and opinions about our topic and those sections very useful information for our research. Besides, the survey shows us exactly what the demand for remote work is today. From there, we can develop we can deploy working application from as far as Discord. In particular, experience helps us recognize that we need to get better at asking questions for interviews or surveys, and we also acknowledges that subject selection plays an important role in the overall study. About research methods, we still use interviews and surveys because it is very useful, convenient and easy when making research. In conducting interviews, we can ask people who have real knowledge and ask them in-depth questions about research issues or their own views on research issues. On the other hand, we choose the survey because it is able to save time and effort
  • 20. Page | 16 for us. Due to it is done on the internet with pre-compiled questionnaires by google form tools. Besides, after having survey results then this tool also we statistics and analyze the results by charts. So, we both save time and still get the desired results. Another reason is that if we did a survey then we could get the opinion of a group of people and the results would be more general.
