My goal is to find a job where I can use my skills and big experience at process management (lean, six sigma),
project management and change management.
Professional Experience:
2009 January – AXA Group / Vienna Life Insurance Company
Project manager (2015 January – )
 Introduction of new travel insurance administration system including assessment of business
needs, manage tendering and contracting, design of new processes, coordination of IT
development and set up related reporting system;
 Development of the group health administration system including assessment of business
needs, taking part to create new processes and coordination of external developer;
Compliance officer (2014 June – )
 Set up and perform yearly compliance plan: compliance audits, trainings and risk control;
 Work out and introduce processes compliant with FATCA and CRS regulations including
review of processes, coordination of IT system development, create forms, perform training
and set up reporting;

 Strengthening customer friendly and apply strict cost control at logistics department;

 Participation in lean projects of AXA (e.g.: insurance administration, bank account back office),
managing dimensions like process efficiency or voice of customer independently;
 Supporting business managers to implement changes specified by the project and reach their
targets set;
