Vivek has been servicing and advising clients on all aspects of doing business in India;
building up framework for financial risk mitigation; supporting on insolvency related
matters, debt financing and restructuring.
He acts as the Chief Consultant to India Business Database .com for their information
delivery platform in association with Creditreform UK. The firm employs a disruptive
model to harness the power of public information to assess risk.
In some of the recent assignments, he has advised clients like Reliance Infrastructure
to set up processes that assure the correctness of collections at their out-city toll
stations; supported Alstom Transportation France in financial risk assessment of their
Supply Chain vendors globally; Transfer pricing mechanism for Kerala-based
manufacturer and retailer of steel structures in an unorganised market environment;
Revenue assurance methodology for semi-government owned multi-modal transport
operator using wireless environment; Advising EMS provider for their insolvency
proceedings.
Vivek completed his Bachelor in Commerce in 1986 from the prestigious Shri Ram
College of Commerce, University of Delhi with first class honours and then
professional qualified as a Chartered Accountant with merit position in 1989. He
started his career in the financial services sector and has actively been engaged in
the evolution of the credit information industry in India.
