India. It is the largest wireline telecommunications network company in India with more than 60% market
share and fourth largest wireless telecommunications Operator.
The red ocean competition in Telecom industry drives the decision of redesigning the telecom Website
and App for BSNL.


BSNL has approx 116.2 million subscribers and 842,060 organic visitors per month which is very low
comparing to other competitors,BSNL website only 1,03,620 total app downloads, BSNL website have 

a High Bounce Rate.Responsive Website probelms is leading issues detected in BSNL website.

1.Navigation Dropdown Menu:A) Menu have too much hight user can not view the buttom part of Wifi. Menu its not comply accordingly role of #1: Visibility of system status :
The system should always keep users informed about what is going on, through appropriate feedback within reasonable time.

B) fonts color and BG color is off the brand colors , its not comply accordingly role of #4: Consistency and standards

2.Header and Navigation Menu : 

A)Header section is looking overloaded with information, Besause It is not divided into parts,
