ATA MARTIAL ARTS SIGNS RETAIL LEASE
AT VILLAGE AT LEESBURG
LEESBURG, Va. (September 28, 2012) – Village at Leesburg announced today that ATA
Martial Arts, a martial arts training center, has signed a lease for retail space within the 1.2
million square foot mixed-use project at VA Route 7 and Crosstrail Blvd. ATA will occupy
4,165 square feet of retail space in Suite 400 of the 1600 block of Village Market Boulevard.
ATA currently has a temporary space open at 1610 Village Market Boulevard Suite 125 and
expects to open in their permanent space at the end of October.
Village at Leesburg was represented in the transaction by KLNB Retail.
The American Taekwondo Association (ATA) is the premier North American organization
dedicated to Taekwondo and is the founding organization of other international affiliates that
include the World Traditional Taekwondo Union (WTTU) and the Songahm Taekwondo
Federation (STF). ATA has more than 1,500 schools and clubs worldwide and have registered
more than one million students since their inception in 1969. ATA offers classes for children as
young as four years of age all the way up to adult Taekwondo and Krav Maga classes.

component. The Carlyle Group is the lead equity partner in the development and KLNB Retail is
handling the leasing of the retail sections.
