 WP-Cron for scheduling events

 Entry size, because of standard post structure
 DB will be under stress for large scale implementation
 Many to One CPT relation for multiple devices per user account
 No direct connectivity with standard Big-Data tools
 Theme, Report etc to be coded from scratch
 OTP integration or 2FA for login (there is a plugin for that)
