Basmati rice - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Curd - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1-inch piece grated
Green chili - sliced into 2 lengths
Salt - as per taste (1.5 tsp)
Saffron - 20-25 threads
Cashew - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala
Large cardamom - 2

Green Vegetables
Capsicum - 1 (cut into 1-inch pieces)
Carrot - 1 (cut into 1.5 inch thin slices),
Cauliflower chopped - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons finely chopped,
French beans - 10 (cut into 1-inch pieces)
Mint - 10 - 12 leaves,

How To Make Veg Biryani
First, prepare the rice by boiling it. Then clean the rice, wash it well and soak it in water for
20 minutes, and then remove the excess water later.
Now put 5 cups of water in the vessel and keep it to boil, peel 1-inch lentil, 1 bay leaf, big
cardamom in water, and put 3-4 cloves together. Now when the water comes to a boil, put
the rice in the water and then cook 80 percent because the rice has to be cooked later,
because the rice will be cooked completely in it.
Till the rice is prepared by boiling, on the other side you should fry the vegetables, and then
heat them by putting oil in the pan on a high flame. First of all, peel the potato and cut it
into pieces lengthwise, Fry it after it becomes light brown in color.
Then add cabbage and carrot and fry it for 1 to 2 minutes on a high flame. After that add
capsicum also in oil and then fry it for 1 minute and take out (remember we have to keep

and fry the spices.
Now put curd in that spice and fry it a little, after frying, the spices are ready. Now add fried
vegetables to the fried spices and mix well. Now the vegetables for your biryani are
completely ready. And at this time, rice too has become cold and ready.

Now take a big and heavy-bottomed utensil, and put 1 teaspoon of ghee in its bottom, and
then add half the rice and spread a layer of rice in the bottom of the pot, and now put the
prepared vegetable on top of the rice and spread the rice evenly, now put the remaining
rice on top of the vegetable and make it evenly and freeze it.
Now put cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins on the rice, after that put green coriander and
mint leaves, and then put 4 teaspoons of melted ghee all over.
After that put the saffron in 2 tablespoons of water in advance, put the saffron solution on
top of the biryani, and then close the lid of the biryani properly, and soak it for 15-18
minutes on low flame.
