Palak Paneer Biryani Recipe
Anyone who had tasted Veg Biryani or chicken biryani must try this
Recipe that is made with very
basmati rice.

Ingredients for Palak Paneer Biryani Recipe
 Spinach - 250 grams (finely chopped)
 Basmati rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
 Curd - ½ cup
 Oil - 4-5 tbsp
 Coriander - 4-5 tbsp (finely chopped)
 Tomato - 2 (150 grams)
 Paneer - 200 grams
 Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
 Turmeric powder - 4 teaspoons
 Salt - 1.5 tsp or as per taste
 Red chili - 4 teaspoons
 Ginger - 1 teaspoon
 Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)

Ingredients for Palak Paneer Biryani Recipe
250 grams (finely chopped)
1 cup (200 grams)
5 tbsp (finely chopped)
2 (150 grams)
1 tsp
4 teaspoons
1.5 tsp or as per taste
2 (finely chopped)

How to make Palak Paneer Biryani
Clean the rice and wash it well and soak it in water for half an hour.
After half an hour, put 4-5 cups of water in a big vessel and keep it for boiling. When the
water comes to a boil, add the soaked rice to it, add 2 teaspoons of oil and 3/4 teaspoon salt
and mix it and let the rice cover and cook.
Keep checking the rice in the middle (cook the rice by 90% and do not cook it completely).
When the rice is cooked, sieve it and remove the excess water, and let it cool down a bit.
Chop the tomatoes finely, also prepare the paneer by cutting it into small half-inch square
pieces.
Put oil in the pan and heat it; When the oil is slightly hot, apply the pieces of cottage cheese
to the pan and roast it on both sides till it turns light brown.
Now add cumin, cloves, black pepper, cardamom seeds, and cinnamon to this remaining oil
and fry the spices lightly. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped tomato
pieces, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, red chili powder and fry it a little and cover
and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Check the spices, and then add soft boiled tomatoes with curd, and let them boil for a while
and then add paneer pieces in it and add salt.
Now add spinach and mix it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take a big pot, add rice to it. Put 1-2
teaspoons of ghee in the bottom of the utensil, and spread a amlnt of vegetable.
Now put half a layer of rice on top of it, now put the vegetable on the rice again and spread
it evenly and cover the rice.
Put the remaining rice on top of the vegetable and make a layer again, now put the
remaining vegetable on top of the rice, add coriander and 2-3 tablespoons of ghee and close
the lid of the biryani on low flame. Stir for 15 minutes.
Turn off the gas, now your biryani is ready. Open the lid of the pot, and take out the biryani
on a plate.
Your Hot and Delicious Palak Paneer Biryani is ready, garnish it with green coriander
leaves. Serve and eat delicious Spinach Paneer Biryani with curd, raita, chutney or pickle.
